Editing on 3 hours sleep

25 Jun, 2011 Sam My Work

Crazy day today trying to meet my deadline for two pieces of work for BBC Scotland Online.

They were filmed at the Royal Highland Show in Ingliston and the senior producer wanted them online during the show to maximise their impact.

So, yesterday I got home to my sister’s place in Newburgh, Fife (where I’ve based myself for this week of work) and began editing at 8pm.

I worked through to midnight, went to bed and set my alarm for 3am!

I then got up and worked through to 7am when I left the house to buy two sausages rolls from the Wee Bakery round the corner.

That carried me through to 2.30pm, when I finally submitted the last piece of work.

I’m knackered. I’ll post my films in the next two days.
